Mortgage Processor
Kelly Services is now hiring for a 1st Shift Mortgage Processing Associates for a major financial institution in Nevada, MO.
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated workers who are eager to participate/engage.
Workers receive loan document packets via eFile and compare all docs that come in to checklists in system.
Check for DE errors, signatures, correct docs included, etc.
MUST be PC and internet proficient.
Utilizing dual screen system to work in 5/6
open screens at a time in different systems.
There are up to 100 docs in each packet.
Workers must be willing to search out answers to questions, not afraid to ask questions, be thorough, and research to resolve problems.
Must know Word and Excel.
Must be willing to learn and able to learn/be trained quickly.
Must be able to work in a high volume role and meet deadlines Job Requirements:
Accurate data entry skills.
Excellent math skills.
Good CSR/communication skills, will be on the phone with external clients at times getting follow up info on docs.
Familiarity with personal computer equipment.
Word, Excel, internet/internet searches and email, must very comfortable with computers, will be moving back and forth between multiple internet and Excel tabs, cross referencing online and paper checklists from database; checking that docs are correct.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, stay focused, multi-task, think creatively, take initiative/next step on own.
Must be dedicated to the job/team, have excellent attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Will be dealing with large volumes of documents, must be willing to take the time to learn the docs/process.
Dedicated to work, open to OT and flexible on scheduling.
Schedule is Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5PM Contract for 6 months
