Counter Sales Representative (HVAC / Plumbing)/ Showroom Sales

Primary Role:
This person is responsible for processing product / job quotes for the sales team, customer order requests, as well as responding to customer inquiries. We seek to ensure customer satisfaction, growth and retention.
Major
Responsibilities:
Identifies and processes customer requests for Plumbing/HVAC pricing, submittals and equipment availability.
Shall provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers
Provides support to customers and sales team.
Responds to customer inquiries regarding products or services.
Drives inside and outside sales by actively making customers aware of products and asking about customer needs.
Determines best methods to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Records pricing requests and quote activity for follow up.
Possesses knowledge of the product lines to be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers.
Informs customers of standard procedures and problem resolution.
Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving.
Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as required.

oDemonstrated knowledge of HVACP products and HVAC systems applications

oDemonstrated competence in computer usage. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
oDemonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing
Must have a valid driver's license.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
